At Neon Wave, we offer delivery with courier services such as PUDO within South Africa on all orders.

Orders are typically processed and sent within 1-2 business days, but please allow up to 5 business days for processing during very busy periods. Delivery times and conditions depend on the policies of the postal or courier service used.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email for your order, and it is your responsibility to track the order with the postal or courier service. Orders placed without complete payment for shipping will not be shipped until the full shipping payment is received.

Please note that we are not responsible for any courier fees that may be incurred. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay any such fees. Courier fees will be calculated in the total on checkout.

Courier fees vary depending on package sizing and weight, this will be calculated on checkout.

Neon Wave is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package has not arrived, it is the buyer’s responsibility to contact PUDO or the applicable courier service used. All packages are provided with full tracking and waybills.

We will keep ownership of the products you order until full payment is made and the products are shipped to you.

Product prices, delivery fees, and other charges displayed on the website are current at the time of viewing but may change without notice. Please verify the price when placing your order.

We do not accept pricing offers or discounts on request.

When you place an order on the website, you are making an offer to purchase the product at the price shown, including any delivery, charges, and taxes, at the time of your order.

Returns are only accepted if the product is defective, faulty or broken on arrival and must be requested within 3 days upon receiving the item.

To request a return, please go our contact us tab and kindly provide:

• A photograph of the defective product
• A description of the issue.

Once we verify that the product is damaged, we will either send you a replacement at no charge or process a refund, depending on your preference.

We do not offer refunds for incorrect orders or changes of mind. However, in special cases, we may make an exemption. You would need to contact us immediately after placing your order and describe the situation, from there we will determine if you’re eligible for this type of refund.

If you have received a different item than what you ordered, please get in touch with us and we will send you a free replacement with all shipping charges on us.

The customer is responsible for paying any courier fees on product return unless the error is on us.

If damaged goods are returned to us for exchange, we reserve the right to refuse the exchange at our own discretion.

We do not accept refunds or returns on damaged products caused by customer mishandling, modification or improper installation/mounting.

Please note that we do not accept refunds or returns on custom or personalized orders.
