RETURNS POLICY

Returns are only accepted if the product is defective, faulty or broken on arrival and must be requested within 3 days upon receiving the item.

To request a return, please go our contact us tab and kindly provide:

  • A photograph of the defective product
  • A description of the issue.

Once we verify that the product is damaged, we will either send you a replacement at no charge or process a refund, depending on your preference.

We do not offer returns for incorrect orders or changes of mind. However, in special cases, we may make an exemption. You would need to contact us immediately after placing your order and describe the situation, from there we will determine if you’re eligible for this type of return.

If you have received a different item than what you ordered, please get in touch with us and we will send you a free replacement with all shipping charges on us.

The customer is responsible for paying any courier fees on product return unless the error is on us.

If damaged goods are returned to us for exchange, we reserve the right to refuse the exchange at our own discretion.

We do not accept refunds or returns on damaged products caused by customer mishandling, modification or improper installation/mounting.

Please note that we do not accept refunds or returns on custom or personalized orders.
