Do you manufacture/make the signs?
We primarily import our signs for our premades and set customs, we import and supply only high quality signs from our manufacturers. We handmake the customs under the “your custom” page in house.
Can I get a premade sign in any colour and size?
Unfortunately not. The colours offered on premade signs are the only colours we currently stock, some signs may have more than one colour option. They come in one size only
Can you make any custom sign design to my liking?
We offer two types of customs, set custom and your custom. If you wish to have a custom made to your liking please visit the our customs page under Your Customs .
Why do customs cost more than premades?
Premade signs are in stock and ready for immediate delivery. Many of these type of signs are available in our collection.
Custom signs, on the other hand, are made on demand and tailored to each customer’s specifications. Please note that these require additional time to manufacture due to their personalized nature.

How can I know when new designs are released?
Product drops are announced via our social media and email.

How can I use the USB and where can I plug it in my house?
A 5V 2-pin USB adapter is recommended, as you can plug it anywhere where you have a power outlet.
DISCLAIMER – DO NOT modify the USB into a 2-pin or 3-pin plug to use straight into an outlet as you will potentially overload your sign. Always use a USB adapter.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
How will I receive my order?
We are based in Johannesburg, South Africa. If ordering from our website ( which you are on now ) we only offer delivery with courier services such as PUDO. If ordering through Facebook, depending on your location and schedule we offer in person pick up.
Do you ship worldwide?
Unfortunately we do not. We deliver only within South Africa.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes, we will always provide a waybill with PUDO or other courier companies when your package is sent out. If you have not yet received one, your order probably hasn’t been sent out yet.
How long does it take for my order to be processed and delivered?
All orders are typically processed and sent within 1-2 business days, but please allow up to 5 business days for processing during very busy periods. Courier delivery times vary, but once out for delivery, it typically takes 1-2 business days depending on your location.
You will receive an email with tracking details as soon as your order is shipped. If there are any delays, we will inform you.

We accept MasterCard and Visa
Can I change my order?
Usually no, but if you email on our contact us page immediately and describe the issue after placing your order before it’s processed and shipped, we can help you. But we do not accept refunds for incorrectly placed orders or change of mind if its too late.
